A retired Army officer, Major Gadilkar leads Matrix Infra with a degree in Computer Engineering and a Diploma in Business Management from IIM, Indore. Major Gadilkar spearheads finance, operations, and executions, ensuring high-quality construction and timely completion of projects.

Founding and Early Years
Shivam Builders was founded in 1994 by Mr. Madhukar Shinde in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. The company's initial years were marked by a focus on delivering high-quality construction projects, which quickly earned IT a reputation for reliability and excellence.
Growth and Expansion
Over the years, Shivam Builders expanded its operations to Shirur, delivering an impressive portfolio of over 2000 units and 1 million square feet of construction. The company's dedication to customer satisfaction and quality craftsmanship propelled it to the top of the industry.
Matrix Infra: A New Chapter
In 2013, Matrix Infra was established as a subsidiary of Shivam Builders, marking a new chapter in the company's journey. Matrix Infra's first residential project in Kharadi, Pune, comprising 48 flats, was successfully delivered on time, setting the tone for future projects.
